How it works

Personalize your locker
Tailor your bay configuration to your needs, with options for main and extension units, and choose between front and rear loading. Opt for pre-set system configurations or customize the software for user configuration, application prompts, and bay alerts. Plus, access troubleshooting and remote support services for hassle-free maintenance and assistance.

The load in
When the order is ready, staff can load the food into any available bay. There will be an image showing the bays occupied in that order.

The collection process
Staff members load food into available compartments once the order is ready. Customers or drivers select the third-party delivery app and then enter the order ID or name. If an order is too large, multiple compartments can be assigned to accommodate it.
Once the password is accepted, the ticket office will automatically open the corresponding slots. The customer or driver can take the correct order at any time.
